1 General Provisions

8999b ("Platform", "we", "our") is an online betting and casino service provider operating for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legal agreement between the user ("you", "your") and 8999b.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement & Eligibility

• You must have a valid mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) registered in your own name

2.2 Account Registration

All information you provide at the time of registration must be completely true, accurate, and up to date. If false information is provided, 8999b reserves the right to close your account at any time and forfeit any balance.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Having multiple accounts under the same person is considered a prohibited activity and all accounts may be closed. Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of taking advantage of bonuses or promotions is specifically prohibited.

3 Account Security

3.1 Confidentiality of Login Details

It is your responsibility to keep your 8999b account username and password completely confidential. Giving, sharing, or transferring this information to anyone else is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

3.2 Reporting Suspicious Activity

If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, you must notify 8999b's support team immediately. If you fail to report in a timely manner, 8999b will not be liable for any resulting losses.

3.3 Identity Verification

8999b may request identity verification at any time. This process may require you to provide a copy of your national ID card or passport. Failure to complete verification may result in restrictions on your account activity.

4 Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following mobile banking services may be used to deposit funds on the 8999b platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.

• Deposited funds can only be sent from your own mobile banking account — sending from a third-party account is prohibited
• After a successful deposit, funds will generally be added to your gaming balance within a few minutes
• 8999b does not charge any additional fees for deposits, however your mobile banking service provider's own charges may apply

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The same payment method used at the time of deposit must be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

• Identity verification may need to be completed before making a withdrawal
• To withdraw bonus funds, the applicable wagering requirements must be met
• In cases of suspicious activity, 8999b reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal and conduct an investigation
• The mobile banking account used for withdrawals must be registered in your own name

4.3 Currency

All financial transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a welcome bonus of up to 150% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To withdraw the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times.

• For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500
• Depositing ৳22,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, making the total balance ৳37,000
• The wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only — example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 in bets must be placed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn

5.2 VIP Program

Regular players on 8999b are eligible to participate in the VIP Program. Weekly cashback is offered across five tiers:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

5.3 General Bonus Terms

8999b reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion. Any misconduct or misuse of the system to earn bonuses will result in the bonus being forfeited and the account may be closed.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

All games and betting activities on the 8999b platform operate on the principle of fair play. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are clearly displayed in the game interface. 8999b reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.3 Sports Betting

When placing bets in the sports betting section, please keep the following in mind:

• Bets placed within the appropriate time after an event has started will be considered confirmed
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, 8999b will refund or reschedule the bet amount according to its standard policy
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 8999b reserves the right to recalculate the bet at the correct odds or cancel it
• 8999b will not be liable if a bet is not confirmed due to network issues during live betting

6.4 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted midway due to server or network issues, 8999b will resolve the matter through investigation. In the event of a technical error, the result will be determined based on the last confirmed game state.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8999b platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in account termination and, where applicable, legal action may be taken:

• Any activity related to money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's code or systems
• Operating multiple accounts under the same individual or using a family member's account
• Conducting transactions using a third party's funds
• Deliberately exploiting game errors or bugs
• Playing in secret collusion with other users
• Creating an account using a false identity or another person's identification documents

8 Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

The 8999b platform is provided on an "as is" basis. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances. 8999b will not be liable for this.

8.2 Third-Party Services

11 Termination & Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by submitting a request to the 8999b support team. Before closing the account, any applicable wagering requirements must be met and valid balances may be withdrawn.

11.2 Closure at 8999b's Initiative

8999b reserves the right to close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated
• If fraud, deception, or illegal activity is detected
• If evidence of money laundering or suspicious financial activity is found
• If proof of being underage is found
